Members and squash players of Energize Health Club are entitled to use the temporary childminding services of our Mini Muscles Kids Club.

Mini Muscles caters for children up to 6 years of age. During the school holidays, we also operate a Big Kids Club for children up to the age of 12 years.

Mon to Fri 8:30am - 12pm (Tuesday open until 12:30pm for the Pilates class) Mon, Wed, Fri - 3:30 - 5:30pm Sat - 9am - 12 pm
