Vaughan joined Energize in 2007 with a goal to exercise more regularly and achieve weight loss. He has since lost an impressive 14kgs, is lifting heavier weights and has loads of energy!
His turning point was the process goal setting with his Personal Trainer Dave. As part of this goal setting, Vaughan trains four days a week. This routine has kept him both motivated and energised.
Vaughan enjoys heavy weight lifting, in particular, bench presses as it aids in building strength.

When he’s not at the gym, Vaughan enjoys playing golf.
