SafakSafak Goktogan

  • Safak joined Energize Health Club 2.5 years ago. Her aim was to lose weight and increase her fitness.
  • She has lost an amazing 18kgs! She is now fitter, has more energy and now feels great about herself.
  • Safak’s favourite exercise is the group exercise classes, especially Combat because it’s fun as well as it makes you feel energised.
  • To stay motivated, Safak looks at photos of her old self which keeps her on track to train 4 times a week.
  • Her favourite thing about Energize is the friendly and casual atmosphere.
  • Safak’s other interest are reading and photography.
