Ian WeeksIan Weeks

  • Ian joined Energize Health Club 3 years ago with the aim to weigh under 100kg. He has since reached his goal and purchased some new smaller clothes!
  • Through his training he has increased his fitness and strength as well as focused on reducing calorie intake by eating smaller proportions.
  • Ian trains 5 times a week and his favourite exercises include Tabata classes, the TRX and cross-training.
  • To stay motivated, Ian now has a new goal to weigh 90kg and reward himself with a new wardrobe!
  • His favourite things about Energize are the group classes and the convenience.
  • Ian’s other interest is motorcycle riding.
