Pat Perks

Pat first joined Energize back in 1997, when the gym first opened; not looking for anything specific but finding that it opened new doors for her.

In her early years at Energize Pat achieved weight loss, increased energy, and lifting heavier weights, among other things.

Since then, Pat did personal training on a constant basis for 2 years and has now slowed down the pace.

Training 3 days per week, Pat’s favourite exercises include upper body and cardio exercises.

Pat’s favourite thing about Energize is the friendly staff and a feeling of being part of the gym, as well as the many friends she has made over the years.

To stay motivated Pat tells herself that she wants to be upright and healthy for at least another 20 years so she has to keep exercising!

Pat’s hobbies include travelling, gardening, walking and keeping up with her grandchildren aged 10 – 23!
