Even though George has only been a member at Energize for 4 months, he has achieved an awful lot in this small amount of time.
Joining after knee surgery, George quickly realised that “extensive exercise was the key to regaining full mobility”. With his main focus being rehabilitation in order to regain his walking ability and mobility.
Training 6 times per week (!!) George has not only regained full use of his leg, he has also increased his speed and incline on the treadmill.
Through a vast variety of exercises, George has also achieved significant weight loss!
His favourite thing about Energize is the friendliness of the staff and the convenient location.
To stay motivated, George says the support and assistance of his trainer, Dave, is what gets him through. Dave formulates new programs to make his challenges interesting and motivating.
George is also an avid photographer in his time away from the gym.
