Jason Rattigan

Jason signed up to the gym more than 2 years ago, with his original goals being to keep fit by doing a little bit of cardio and weights.

So far, Jason’s results have been maintaining a stable weight, feeling healthy, flexibility and just feeling good!

When asked about his turning point that pushed him to achieve these results, Jason’s response was “it’s called age, it’s harder to stay and keep fit the older we get”

Training 3 times per week, Jason’s favourite exercise is the spin classes with Kristy. Kristy really makes it worthwhile showing up.

Jason’s favourite thing about Energize is the great atmosphere, great staff and the friends he has met in the classes, which makes it easier too.

Outside of the gym, Jason’s hobbies include mountain biking, camping, baseball and just getting outdoors!
