Great for muscle conditioning - you will find muscles you never knew you had! All
fitness levels are able to do this class.

Yoga
A total body and mind experience where you will learn traditional yoga techniques

Our pilates classes concentrate on correct body alignment, breathing, lengthening
and strengthening muscles using your core stability.

Gentle Movers
A great class for people just starting exercise, back after pregnancy or for our
senior members in our club. A mix of simple fitness, strength and stretching exercises
to leave you feeling energized.

Abs, Butts and Thighs ('ABT')
If you want rock hard abs, buns of steel and thighs to die for, then this class
is for you!

Elite Cycling
Use our stationary bikes or bring your own bike and windtrainer
and get ready for an awesome interval training workout. Designed for cyclists &
triathletes, you will learn invaluable tips on cycling technique and training methods

Spin Cycle
A great low impact workout for all fitness levels using our
stationary bikes. Burn calories, tone your legs and butt, increase your fitness
and have fun!

Squash Coaching Workshop
Only $4 for Energize Members and $10 for Non-Members. Racquet
hire available for $4. Suitable for all skill levels.
Learn the basics if you are a beginner or improve your game if you are
regular player. Learn technique, have fun and enjoy a great fitness workout!

Outdoor Training
An awesome all round training class conducted outdoors in
the fresh air amongst the gum trees! See your body change shape as Jessica takes
you through cardio boxing, fitness exercises, body weight work and stretching. In
the case of bad weather, the session will go ahead indoors.

Variety Class
This class is a snap shot of each program we have at Energize.
It is a class to build into the higher intensity classes. You will learn the correct
body lines and posture to do our class programs correctly. The exciting part each
week it is different!

Teenergize
Is our new outdoor exercise session for children aged approx 11-15 years. $8 per
child. Parents must accompany children to first session to sign authorisation form
for child to participate. Teenergize provides fun and varied exercise workouts for
children of all fitness backgrounds. In view of the importance of the health of
our youth, this is a unique service that we are proud to provide to children of
both Energize members and non-members.
