Learn to Meditate 4-week course
Join in our event on Facebook here, and don’t forget to invite your friends along to learn the foundations of meditation in a simple, practical, supportive environment – led by Mitchell Woods, Energize’s own Performance Coach, Meditation Leader and all round nice guy.
This 4 week course will teach you the basic techniques of meditation – helping you to feel calmer, less stressed, more focused and resilient.
The course is suitable for novices – no prior experience, special flexibility, collection of beads, or candles necessary ;)
Session times are – Sundays at 11am, and Wednesdays at 1:30pm.
The total cost is just $29 for the 4 week course.
