AEROBIC CONDITIONING:

Cardio Boxing
Exciting group training program that will take you on a health and fitness journey! Effective cardio workout using focus mitts and boxing gloves (eg. jab, cross, uppercut and hooks).

Zumba
This program features fun dance moves set to high-energy Latin and International beats. Before you know it, your energy levels are soaring! Its easy to do, effective and totally exhilarating!

Body Combat
747 kcal burn can be yours! BODYCOMBAT® is the empowering cardio workout where you are totally unleashed. This fiercely energetic program is inspired by martial arts and draws from a wide array of disciplines such as Karate, Boxing, Tae Kwon Do, Tai Chi and Muay Thai.

Body Step
Want to burn a potential 620 kcal? BODYSTEP® is the energising step workout that makes you feel liberated and alive. Using a height-adjustable step and simple movements on, over and around it, you’ll push fat-burning systems into high gear. Your legs will love it… eventually.

Outdoors
An awesome all round training class conducted outdoors in the fresh air! See your body change shape as you enjoy both fitness and resistance training. In the case of bad weather, the session will go ahead indoors!

Fat Burn
Really focuses on working with your heart rate to keep you in the fat burning zone! Using a combination of aerobic moves and weights to empower your body.

Tabata
Power up to use some energy! A fun and very effective way to burn unwanted calories. High Intensity Interval Training with 20 seconds of work to 10 seconds of rest ratio using bodyweight, resistance and steps!

Circuit
A great body conditioning program, using resistance training and high-intensity aerobics. Using upper body, lower body, core and trunk exercises. Many different types of equipment used to keep it exciting!

Spinergize
An excellent way to burn calories, lose weight, tone up and feel great! Using energizing music to focus on endurance, strength, intervals, low-high intensity along with recovering using a stationary spin bike.

MUSCLE CONDITIONING:

Ab Blast
30 minute conditioning workout that tones and strengthens your abdominals and back muscles. This will improve your stability, balance, functionality and posture.

Body Pump
BODYPUMP® is the original barbell class that strengthens your entire body. This 60-minute workout challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises like squats, presses, lifts and curls. Get the results you came for – and fast!

Pilates
Working on your correct body alignment; Pilates will assist in strengthening your core, improving your flexibility and lengthening through your spine.

Live Stronger Be Stronger
A great class for people just starting exercise, recovering from an injury, back after pregnancy and for our senior members. A mix of simple fitness, strength and stretching exercises to leave you feeling energized!

FLEXIBILITY TRAINING:

Yoga
Amazing selection of different styles of Yoga. Practicing postures, breathing exercising and meditation that makes you healthier in body, mind and spirit. Yoga lets you tune in, chill out and shape up all at the same time.

Lengthen and Stretch
Lengthen and stretch your tired, stiff and sore muscles. Using breathing and relaxing movements, this class is for everyone.

Special Needs Class
Special needs class is a fun and innovative program designed for people with a disability or have any special needs. We use spin bikes, weights, steps and dance. Fun and simple to follow allowing the participant to have a healthily well being.
