Pregercize is a complete exercise program that all women can do from pre-conception, throughout pregnancy and also for post-natal fitness.
Pregercize has been created by a team of exercise specialists, including fitness industry veteran Martin Dunkerley B.Sc and exercise expert Garrick Transell B.Sc (ExSpSc).
Pregercize Presenter Elisha Rose is the co-owner of Energize Health Club. Elisha is also a former Australian athlete and has a passion for making exercise time-efficient, fun and delivers the results you want for your body. Elisha filmed the DVD during her second pregnancy and is now the mother of 2 girls.
