Group Ex Classes: Body Step

Body Step Wednesday 9.30am, Sunday 10.30am

I first was introduced to Body Step as a member participating in classes at my local gym & fell in love. It’s so much fun, a challenge for not only your body but your brain. Great music and dance segments allows you to express yourself and let loose. Step excites me because it’s such a great workout that never gets boring and you walk away feeling on top of the world with endorphins pumping. Best tips to get the most out of a Body Step class is to increase the height of your step and jump a little higher as you build up your confidence. You should definitely come along to be surrounded but other step lovers who will further inspire you to keep it up on a regular basis & to support a healthy and happy lifestyle.
