Hatha is a general category that includes most yoga styles. It is an old system that includes the practice of asanas (yoga postures) and pranayama (breathing exercises), which help bring peace to the mind and body, preparing the body for deeper spiritual practices such as meditation.

Pilates

Working on correcting body alignment, Pilates will assist in strengthening your core, improving your flexibility and lengthening through your spine. Great for those with 'dodgy' backs, Pilates helps strengthen your core in a low risk environment.

Zumba Gold

Learn to move like a (senior) Latin dance star. This class modifies traditional Zumba dance moves to suit our Young at Heart (over 50's) and Newer to Exercise members. Slightly lower in intensity, but still a bit of a party :)

Lengthen & Stretch

Lengthen and stretch your tired, stiff and sore muscles. Using breathing and relaxing movements, this class is for everyone. Suitable for beginners, this class is a great way to ease yourself into group exercise.

Live Longer Be Stronger

A great class for people just starting exercise, recovering from an injury, back after pregnancy and for our senior members. A mix of simple fitness, strength and stretching exercises to leave you feeling energized!
