
What is Fun-ctional Fitness?
Want to be as Fast as Flash, Strong as Wolverine, Fit as Batman and Flexible as Rogue? Well then, our functional fitness classes are just what you’re looking for. While each class is slightly different, they all have one thing in common – FUN! They are high energy, dynamic and super social. You don’t need to be fit, flexible of fashionable; you just need to be willing to take on a fun new challenge.

What to Expect
Most of our Functional Fitness Classes are just 30 minutes long…. which is good, because they are super high energy. The instructor will often set up a few mini circuits – using weights, steps, boxing gear, spin bikes and mats. You might run a little, hold a stretch, swing a kettle-bell, jump on a spin bike and then hold a plank. The great news is they are ever-changing, so you’ll never get bored. Plus, they are super social, so you might make a new workout buddy or 2.

What to Bring
There’s no need to book ahead, just turn up 10 minutes before the class starts. You don’t need to bring anything special – just a towel, water bottle and a bucket of enthusiasm. Simply let the instructor know it’s your first time and they’ll show you where to stand and what to do 🙂
