Pilates is a gentle exercise class, which is designed to progressively strengthen your core, relieve pressure on your back/neck, and improve your muscle tone.

What do I Need to Bring?
You do not need to bring anything, nor do you need to book ahead of time. Simply turn up 5-10 minutes before the class, and let the instructor know if it’s your first time. They’ll show you where to stand and what to do. They are super friendly, and love introducing new people to Pilates.
