Class Descriptions

Body Combat is an energetic program inspired by a variety of martial arts.

More intense than a stationary bike, with intensity varied throughout the class thanks to different body positions, pedal speed and resistance.

A High energy dance party set to international beats.

The energizing step workout that uses a height-adjustable step, and simple movements on, over and around it.

Strengthen your core and improve flexibility in a low risk environment.

Inspired by ballet and Pilates focusing on strength, high reps and small movements. Tone your legs, butt and core.

High intensity interval training with 20 seconds of work to 10 seconds of rest ratio using bodyweight, resistance and steps.

Tune in, chill out and shape up all at the same time.  Gentle & slow Yoga teach basic poses, breathing exercises, and meditation as the foundation of the Yoga practice. In Yin Yoga, poses are held for 3-5 minutes, facilitating a more meditative approach to yoga. Flow Yoga is a dynamic form of Yoga, where participants move from one pose into the next without stopping.

Bodypump is the original barbell class that strengthens your entire body by using the best weight-room exercises like squats, presses, lifts and curls.

A Mix of simple fitness, strength and stretching exercises to leave you feeling energized!

An all round class outdoors with both fitness and resistance training.

HIIT – High Intensity Interval Training.

Quick intense bursts of exercise followed by short recovery or less intense exercise.

As above set up using a variety of equipment “circuit style“

ABT – abs, butts and thighs
A combination of cardio and strength to tone your whole body. Big muscles working in this class.
